ICGD is organized by the College of Public Affairs and Development (CPAf), a graduate college of the University of the Philippines Los Banos. This year, CPAf is co-organizing ICGD4 with the Kasetsart University, Thailand.

The ICGD4 main conference will be held at Kasetsart University Bang Khen, Bangkok, Thailand.

Kindly check the visa requirements with your embassy. The ICGD4 secretariat can only provide the invitation letter and the conference agenda upon request.

All information relevant to participants during their stay is compiled in the ICGD4 Official Guidebook. This includes the presenter guidelines, essential travel and settling guide, getting around Bangkok, accommodations near the venue, tourist attractions, and emergency contacts. This is provided to all confirmed participants through email.

For the main conference proper, the registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, keynote presentations, and panel discussions. It also covers conference kits, morning and afternoon snacks, lunch, and all-day free flow of coffee and tea during the main conference proper.

For the pre-conference workshops, registration fees include training materials, morning and afternoon snacks, and lunch.

Optional ICGD4 events, including the welcome dinner, alumni night, and cultural tours, are open to all ICGD4 participants and their companions, but with additional fees.

There will be an open forum toward the end of each session. Participants may submit their questions through an online form (accessed via a QR code displayed on the screen), which the moderator will read aloud.

With the speaker’s permission, a copy of the keynote and plenary presentations will be made available to participants via a shared repository after the conference. For parallel sessions, participants may directly request copies from the presenters.
