COURSE DESCRIPTION
THE PROGRAM
The DMG Program intends to harness the competency of young and mid-level working professionals towards being transformational leaders, embodying the values of social justice and adaptability. The program also equips students with a critical understanding of development management and governance, and with a clear consciousness of one’s role in these processes to achieve the collective good.

Program Learning Outcomes
Students are expected to:
- Have the ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills at the forefront of development management and governance;
- Possess critical and independent thinking skills needed in a specialized or multidisciplinary research, and in extending or redefining knowledge or practice;
- Apply knowledge and skills in complex and unpredictable contexts and in the development and testing of innovative solutions to resolve issues; and
- Make expert judgement and perform significant responsibility for professional knowledge, practice, and management.
